Prohibited Services
Effective: July 3, 2026
SOLVA is built for legitimate human services. The following categories are permanently prohibited on the platform. Service offers or needs in these categories will be removed without notice, and accounts may be suspended or banned. If you see a prohibited service offer, please report it immediately.
Illegal Services
- Any service that violates federal, state, or local law in any jurisdiction where the service is offered
- Drug manufacturing, distribution, or delivery of controlled substances
- Marijuana, cannabis, THC, or CBD product sales or delivery — prohibited regardless of state or local legality, per Stripe payment processing policy
- Unlicensed medical, dental, or legal services where a license is legally required
- Unauthorized use or copying of copyrighted material
- Surveillance, stalking, or tracking another person without their consent
- Illegal access to computer systems, networks, or accounts (hacking for hire)
- Spyware, malware, or credential-theft tools or services
- Counterfeit goods, pirated software, or forged documents
Weapons, Ammunition & Dangerous Goods
- Firearms, guns, or any weapon sales, transfers, modifications, or repairs
- Ammunition, gun parts, or accessories that circumvent background checks
- Explosives, incendiary devices, or materials capable of mass harm
- Hazardous chemicals, biological agents, or radioactive materials
- Services designed to evade weapons regulations or export controls
- Unlicensed electrical, structural, or plumbing work where licensing is required
- Pest control or chemical treatments without proper certifications
- Extreme sports instruction without proper insurance and certification
Gambling & Wagering
- Gambling services, sports betting, or online wagering of any kind
- Lottery, sweepstakes, or raffle operations
- Casino game services, poker operations, or skill-game wagering
- Fantasy sports services involving real-money prizes where unlicensed
Adult and Sexual Services
- Sexual services of any kind, whether offered explicitly or implicitly
- Escort services, companionship services of a sexual nature, or dating for hire
- Creation or distribution of adult content
- Any service involving a minor in a romantic, sexual, or inappropriate context — this is a permanent ban with immediate law enforcement referral
Financial Fraud and Scams
- Money transfer services, currency exchange, or crypto brokering
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing recruitment, or Ponzi schemes
- Services designed to defraud third parties (fake reviews, astroturfing, sock puppets)
- Loan brokering or debt collection without proper licensing
- Tax fraud, financial statement manipulation, or accounting fraud
- Gambling services, lotteries, or unlicensed sweepstakes
Harassment and Targeting
- Doxing services — researching and publishing private information about individuals
- Targeted harassment campaigns against any individual or group
- Services designed to harm someone's reputation through false information
- Impersonation services — pretending to be another person online or in person
Trafficking and Exploitation
- Human trafficking, forced labor, or bonded labor of any kind
- Recruitment for exploitative employment situations
- Organ trading or any other form of human body trafficking
These violations are referred to federal law enforcement immediately and without exception.
Political and Influence Operations
- Vote buying, election fraud, or campaign violations
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior — fake grassroots movements, astroturfing
- Propaganda or disinformation distribution services
Circumventing SOLVA
- Using SOLVA to recruit clients and then taking all payments off-platform
- Creating listings as a front for a different, undisclosed service
- Referral schemes that direct users away from SOLVA to competing platforms
Stripe Restricted Businesses
SOLVA processes payments through Stripe. In addition to SOLVA's own policies above, all service providers must comply with Stripe's Restricted Business policy. Services in Stripe's restricted categories — including but not limited to cannabis, adult content, gambling, firearms, pharmaceuticals, and financial services requiring regulatory approval — are prohibited regardless of whether they are otherwise legal in your jurisdiction.
Providers who attempt to process restricted services through SOLVA will have payouts suspended and accounts permanently terminated.
