- Profile information: bio, location, skills, profile photo
- Financial information: bank account details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Service listings, requests, and booking details
- Messages sent through the Platform
- Reviews and ratings you submit
Information collected automatically:
- Device information: device type, operating system, app version
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, time spent
- Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs
- Push notification tokens (with your permission)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Platform
- Match Requesters with appropriate Providers
- Process payments and payouts
- Send transactional emails and push notifications
- Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud
- Improve Platform features and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only in these circumstances:
- With other users: Your public profile, listings, reviews, and booking details are visible to relevant counterparties.
- With service providers: Supabase (authentication/database), Stripe (payments), Expo (push notifications), and OpenAI (AI features) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SOLVA and its users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications about booking updates, messages, and platform activity. Push notification tokens are stored securely and used only to deliver notifications. You can opt out at any time in your device settings or account preferences. We automatically remove invalid tokens from our systems.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@solvahumanos.com. Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure credential storage via Supabase Auth, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
